You probably know Stockcharts allows the RSI scan, but has only index groups. You could try to screen an entire index for RSI<20 and then further screen by looking at symbols. I just scanned Nasdaq for RSI<20 and it found 124 stocks - many with zero volume. Maybe this link to the list will work stockcharts.com\|G.0\|USAD[T.T_EQ_S]![T.E_EQ_N]![DBS0,14_LT_20] A repeat scan with the condition that average volume over 60 days must be >40,000 brought 23 stocks.
