Did anyone watch the Milton Friedman interview on the Louis Rukeyser show on Friday night? Kind of fun to listen to a fellow that has lived for 9 decades and lived his life studying economics. He set me back on my heels as I have for the last 3 years been trying to help my friends to see what has gone on economically during the 90's. I only had three people that were willing to take action and protect their capital assets and two of these only did something after they had lost a fair amount of their capital. Like Milton said on Friday - the market will take care of speculators!!!!!!! It finally has become clear to me that speculators will not take action to protect themselves. Why have I been so ignorant. <g> Joan
