OK, I understand now. I agree that once the accounting issues, mainly the filing of the 10-Q without major surprises, are resolved, Mirant is on its way. When there is some visibility on the legal issues, Mirant is home free. Refinancing will be a non-issue at that time. Hopefully, the stock will continue to languish until then, cause that's when I REALLY intend to load up -- like boosting my current position by at least a factor of 3 or so. Kyros
