Rant in response to Bankruptcy Rant-

The appropriately named Bankruptcy Abuse Reform Act has not yet come for a vote the last time I checked and it may not in this Congressional session, so you can save your hyperventilation for another time. As an individual and small business owner I have been stiffed many times by people who live beyond their means or just plain fail to plan ahead and then duck responsibilities by filing. It's like shoplifting. The cost just gets borne by the rest of us. Unless credit card companies and loan companies are holding a gun to their heads to sign on for more debt, these people are responsible in most cases for their own circumstances.
