And as far as implying that he might set it off because the US and the UN have told him Iraq must comply, is childish in every sense of the word.

That implication is your peculiar interpretation entirely. If Saddam actually has some biological doomsday device, which is quite improbable, he most likely wouldn't use it unless attacked. Got it? Or is there another well tried propaganda line you can spin that into?
