Things are getting more humorous every day. biz.yahoo.com One insolvent organization suing another insolvent organization. One of these days the bankrupt companies will start suing the common stockholder that holds the stock when filing for bankruptcy for capital. These crooks got it from the stockholders when they went public, why not when they are insolvent. <g> Joan
