Softie, I have to agree with you on EDS. The risk has been taken out of this stock. A move to the low 20s seems like a reasonable bet, imho. Since EDS got cut in half, then it is probably a lot safer bet than most other techs. It looks safe to me simply because when I talk to IT people, they tell me that IBM or EDS get most of the outsourcing deals. EDS also has a lot of military contracts.
