christine - i dredged from my tired brain, a long, and i'd like to think eloquent, response to you. and the computer ate it. so i will keep this short for now and fill in the rest tomorrow.. thank you! that's a really wonderful thing you did. i hope you had fun crawling around while you were at it. that's such a great place. and the exciting part (i think) is that you have uncovered a brand new relic. it's not the same poem. but i like it a lot. the last four lines in particular are kinda zen, i think. i may try and flesh it out some and see what i can come up with. the imagery is similar to my poetry. a brand new anonymous folk song. found amongst the ruins. pretty cool. <g> talk to me about elephants anytime you feel it's appropriate. i'd enjoy it. goodnight now, jp
