<font color=blue>**Call the Nasdaq Bottom, 2002 Edition**

We are looking for two things Date/time and nasdaq level. So there will be a prize for both the closest date/time and
level.

Here are the rules:
-Guess has to be timestamped no later than 11:59pm Sept 22.
-Guess must be at least 5.0 pts from the next closest guess and must be a whole number.
-Guess must be One hour from the next closest guess and must be in even 30minute intervals. (09:00 and 09:30 are ok, 9:23am is not).
-Times are Eastern
-Use the 24 hour clock
-Use six digit date
-There is no lazarus long rule. He can win this one.
-Explanation can be included and are encouraged. Explanation must fit on the same line as your guess. If you need more than one line, put it in a post and provide the link as your explanation. You can make your guess and add a link to your explanation later.
-If I win, I get bragging rights.
-If smoothsail wins, she gets to babysit JXN, but she gets a free dinner. She also can take the McKie family sailing.
-Follow the format that I use. (Nasdaq level, date, time, SI alias)
-List in ascending nasdaq level order
-LOOK FOR THE MOST RECENT POSTING OF THE LIST TO ADD YOURS TO, DON'T JUST ADD YOUR PICK WITHOUT CHECKING TO SEE IF THERE HAVE BEEN OTHER ENTRIES.
-If I need to add more rules to keep things clear or fair, I will.
-Leave the rules attached to the list
-The prize for each of the date/time and naz level is a 1 ounce silver coin minted for Y2K just in case society melted down and we all became savages and US currency became valueless.
