Nice try, but it won't fly. They said it, I just don't have the link. And there is not the slightest reason to doubt it, since that is exactly what we have done.

There are countless examples of American support for terrorism. To take another one, we bombed Nicaraguan civilians. This was not an accident, it was authorized by the government.
