"Is this all a lie?"

Like I said, you may just be stupid.

What is the minimum or maximum amount I should leave in the company to satisfy the JF Shepard theory of "skimming" and "loop holes"? Is there a government mandate on the amount? Should I leave all the money I make in the company, pay taxes on that, and then pay myself? I am most curious about how the all-mighty and all-knowing JF would proceed.

The long and the short of it is I do not need to be my own company, in which case I would pay a less taxes. It is worth it to me to have my company, so I CHOOSE to operate it at the cost the government charges for such ventures. Of course JF implies he would pay more than is necessary, so I assume you must do that with your personal taxes. An extra 10% for the war effort, right JF?
