Ditch, same thing going on around here real estate wise. Prices have shot up into the stratosphere. There are many homes selling for over a million bucks when there where none last year. There are new developments with half million dollar bottom prices and a new town development plan to attract new malls. This in a town with a population of less that 5k...last year. Go figure. Personally, I refinanced and took cash out. Now I have to figure out what to do with the cash to make it worthwhile. Please take a look at defibrillator development. I think its may be some real easy money, unless I am not interpreting the news correctly. Sergio
