Hi, Tom. Thought everyone might be interested in seeing Milberg et al current securities class action cases: milberg.com Some of their targets probably earned their place on the list, but personally, I think these guys and those like them are slime, out to transfer as much of the nation's wealth as possible to themselves. They have temporarily lifted themselves out of the muck by chasing ambulances down Wall Street and handing out business cards to institutional investors who, until Enron, Adelphia and WorldCom, shunned them. When this is all over, however, the victims (shareholders) will not be better off, but Milberg, Lerach and the others will sure be richer.
