down here Ozarka is most likely the leading brand of the bottled ones,
and
one which havs home/office delivery for the large five gallon jug which is inverted onto a stand to dispense a drink at at time ...... with TWO spigots === one for room temp aqua and one for chilled .....

my preference in water
ANY is fine,
as long as I can't see things swimming/floating/suspended in it and the color is somewhat clear
and, I do consume in excess of a gallon of the tap stuff per day myself ...

now, strange as it seems with this conversation about water ...
one of the hands whom I pickup every morning to take to Dallas has a next door neighbor who was hospitalized over the weekend ====

danged if I EVER heard of such ...
dehydration, yes ....
super hydration ---- NO ...

I really thought the dude was pulling my leg when he told me on the trip over yesterday .... but I asked his brother, who was in the back yard when we returned ....
and, yep ....
45 year old guy has been drinking TOO MUCH water ... lowerered his electolytes/salts/minerals to dangerously low level .......

Vegas still remains in the air for me ...
have to wait for closer time, as Mar is not feeling well at all ...
under fairly severe dietary rules and has been on antibiotics, with a two week respite, for nearly eight weeks now .....
diverticulotis or diverticulits *(sp) is a quite debilitating process from which to recover, to which I can attest as primary care giver ....

the golferball place in McKinney is supposed to send me some brochures this week ...
it is coming along very rapidly ....
pouring the cart paths right now and not a single blade of grass to be seen .... just dirt and water and lots and lots of earth moving equipment ....

time to load em up and move em out ...
