America Outdoors Renews Merchant Processing Agreement with ABN AMRO Merchant Services

LANSING, Mich., Sept. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ABN AMRO Merchant Services (AAMS), a joint venture of ABN AMRO North America, Inc. (AANA) and National Processing Company (NPC®), a wholly owned subsidiary of National Processing, Inc. (NYSE: NAP), announced the renewal of a merchant processing agreement with America Outdoors, the nation's leading association of adventure travel outfitters, guides and outdoor educators. Under the terms of the agreement, AAMS will continue providing credit card authorization and settlement services for America Outdoors' association members.

Headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, America Outdoors is a national trade association representing over 550 professional companies, who provide a wide range of outdoor recreation services and outdoor equipment to more than two million Americans each year. These services include whitewater raft trips, canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding vacations and horse packing, camping, hiking, fishing trips, bike tours, dude ranches, and other outdoor recreation services. America Outdoors represents the outfitting and adventure tour industry and the public that the industry serves in policy making to maintain access to recreation resources while pursuing a goal of responsible shared-use of our precious natural heritage.
