You just won't see the possibilities that are here for him to have been honest, not smart, just honest. He was likely informed after the first strike that everyone was un-certain as to what was up. Then, he witnessed the second strike not realizing that it WAS the second strike. Nothing I'm saying here is more presumptive than the drivel of presumptions revolving around that theory you hold so dear. And no, I didn't fail to notice he'd been informed of the first strike.
