If you're asking me, I've given up guessing what the market is doing. I simply try to look at what a stock should be at, factoring in some of the items you mentioned, and if the price is cheaper than that, then I consider it undervalued and then consider buying it (depending on price and risk). In this case, I think that Bowflex is undervalued. Perhaps people are beginning to see its merits. One thing that concerns me however is their profit margins and whether they are able to make money with all those ads. Since Bowflex is not exactly a cheap item, it is not an "instant sell" and the process can be quite long. On the commercials it mentions a 1-800 number to call to get more information... If Bowflex can prove that it can make a successful transition to selling large volumes on TV, I think that we'll see their stock come in line more with that of a growth company with good fundamentals.
