After we had this house under contract I went through terrible buyer's remorse, I even got physically ill when we went up to see the property again after the seller agreed to our price. It was weird because I've not had a moment of regret since then. Its just traumatic making such a big purchase. I asked a few friends of mine what they went through after getting a contract accepted and they all had similar experiences. If you pay what you think is a lot or the seller accepts your contract too quickly, you think you paid too much and you should have offered less....if you get a deal like I did, then you start thinking there is something wrong with the place that you didn't see. In retrospect we got a great deal.
