Here's another IRON CLAD FACT for you. The Stock Market went up under Reagan/Bush & Clinton, then it absolutely began its PLUNGE in the very serious way we witness now, under Clinton. I don't think its Clinton's fault, anymore than I think it's Bush's. But if you want to pretend Presidents are all responsible for what the markets do, I tell you the seeds of this were sown under Clinton, as an IRON CLAD FACT and logical conclusion drawn from the history of the beginnings of this down market.
