This is the first time I have heard mention of such a thing.

Indeed, it's amazingly convenient to those who believe that Saddam is a threat to world peace that such people were found at precisely the right moment to lend credence to their campaign against him.

Of course, I can't say it's not true but, if it is, then I will have to re-think my views on the situation.
