Yeah I read the number of sales in august in santa clara county were the lowest since 1994, while the supply is increasing. It simply means prices have to fall. San Mateo is worse than santa clara if you ask me. Of course if you ask a real estate agent they'll tell you all is rosy, when anyone can see it isn't. L
