Boy, I am glad I have been following what you are thinking, it looks like so far you are right. I see INSPD has consistently good, albeit small, news. In this market that puts them in the top 5%.
I ran across a research report on what happens when there are reverse splits, and that backs up the positive comments you have made in regard to INSPD's reverse split. What you have said appears to be the case with INSPD. Here are the two main conclusions:
--A Company with solid underlying fundamentals, that is effectively communicating these strengths to investors, can successfully use a reverse split to reposition its stock in the market.
--However, stocks with weak or non-existant fundamentals will most likely not be aided over the long term by a reverse split, no matter how strong a "promotional program" is used to support its price.
The report goes on to say that most companies that do reverse splits do so as a desperation measure, and that is why investors have started to think of them as the "kiss of death". However, they also note that a "surprising" number of companies have used them to reposition themselves in the market, and when their fundamentals are good then they are usually effective. It is clear that INSPD has good fundamentals with growing revenue streams and no danger of bankruptcy, so to me it seems clearly that they fit into this catagory.
