Hear, hear! Vip. >> ... at the expense of Novell shareholders.<<. Now
you got it. Even at Apple, you see SOME kind if remarks coming from
the board room about CONCERN of the stock price, the return to
investors, etc. At Novell, you NEVER hear that (oh, yeah -- I've seen
a "little bone of concern here and there" thrown to the shareholders
in a "couple" of press reports. But nothing of any significance. It is
truly amazing to me, that the officers of this company can watch there
value/stock price diminish by the "hour", and not make ANY comments
on this. I know, someone will tell me I'm naieve to say that. Not!
This situation is truly abnormal, and unique. If there are any
parallels to the Novell saga, they are few and far between. Novell is
IMO, a true candidate for a Harvard case study on mis-management.
