However, Rumsfeld himself earlier this week proclaimed that "disarmament" would be the goal. Re: "FIND A PEACEFUL SOLUTION" Given what Sad Dam will do(and likely already has) before his time would otherwise be up, the most peaceful solution would be disarmament and/or regime change via "war" as necessary.
