Against IPALCO Charging Securities Act Violations

sale to AES, they had information that painted a much different picture which they never
disclosed," said attorney Steve Berman, the attorney representing the plaintiffs. "On one
hand, the company was flaunting the deal as a boon to shareholders while the insiders
were dumping IPALCO stock."
