Here is one. Explain precession of a top or gyro with a simple model. Why when you push on the rim of a gyro why does it precess, or turn at 90 degrees to the applied force? If you push on the top of a spinning wheel in the plane of its hub's long axis, if spinning clockwise as you face its plane of rotation, the wheel will turn away from you counterclockwise, if you are looking down. Its right side will turn away from you horizontally if it is spinning to to the right and you push at 12 o'clock.

Whyfore? hint: treat the wheel rim as particles, and utilize time and direction (vector) of the particles as the push is applied and the particles travel.
