Fiserv, Inc. (Nasdaq: FISV) announced today that CompassBank has selected the Fiserv Custom Outsourcing Solution to provide comprehensive bank processing services in an integrated, browser-based environment across its delivery channels. Headquartered in New Bedford, Massachusetts, CompassBank is the state's largest publicly held savings bank, with assets of $3.2 billion.
According to Tom Gorman, President, Fiserv Custom Outsourcing Solution, the agreement will enable CompassBank to provide a wider variety of services to its customers, as well as increase its efficiency and ability to identify and exceed customer requirements and expectations.
In addition to providing a complete suite of core banking solutions including Fiserv MortgageServ, a premier mortgage servicing and management solution, Fiserv will provide relationship management and retail delivery capabilities to help CompassBank enhance service for its customers and improve its bottom line. The solutions that deliver these capabilities are the Fiserv data warehouse, contact management and workflow solution, branch automation solution and e-commerce suite of products for both retail and commercial customers.
