Arafat is irrelevant to any solution One of the TV types put it well the other day. The last time the Israeli's entered Ramallah it lead the News. Now it is "In other News." Bush's rejection of him has worked. When the Arabs get through "huffing and puffing" things go our way. That is why fears of "The Arab Street" are now nonsense.
