I don't even open the email. I used to occasionally have days where I went through it and tried the "take me off this list" links, but that never did any good, maybe made things worse. Simple delete/ignore seems to be the best you can do. One day I got the same "Add 3 inches" thing "from" maybe 20 different "people", but they're back down to 1 a day now.
