Well what should I say, "Oh, that's alright then!" Bottom line, it's not. We can forget about thoughts of world peace when so-called peaceful nations do business in this manner. I once had a map (around the 90's) showing all the wars going on at that time and the countries that were supplying weapons for those wars. It was a shock. Canada, Briton, US etc, all profiting from wars around the world except at home. It's a big business and you can bet that the suppliers helped instigate most of the wars. Nothing new. But we sure as hell can't condone it no matter who the suppliers are. What is bothersome to me is when posters get on a thread all in a rant because they bought up their counties BS propaganda to trounce some one or country when what their Government is really after the other countries resources, like oil for instance. And yours and my country will spend our tax money and lives to get it. It's a sucker shot, big time. The whole thing taints of Midas. These things always come back to bite you. Are you surprised that the US got a backlash like 9/11? Then someone will say, these are the men we elected. GWB wasn't elected, he was placed, he was the man for the job. A puppet of big money, who think they are somewhere above a Roman Emperor (who deemed themselves as gods).
Such is the life we live as pawns.
Boy, talk about rants.
