DNDN Has been acting well since it started its present near term up-trend on August 7 and confirmed it on August 9 It has closed its August 13 up-gap and yesterday its board of directors approved the adoption of a Stockholder Rights Plan under which all common stockholders of record as of Oct. 2, 2002, will receive rights to purchase shares of a new series of preferred stock.( It seems the insiders that reportedly hold more than 60% of the common stock think the stock is undervalued)<G> Today the stock is up just 9.43% on moderate volume of 32.6K The PSML data at present: 3.83 3.60 3.52 & 3.17 siliconinvestor.com But the stock still needs to close above its August 15 H of 4.30 before it can test its April 2 H at 7.19 or fully close its January 11 down-gap (gap=8.05 to 4.57) siliconinvestor.com The September 2000 H was 26.62 siliconinvestor.com Bernard
