Don, I think we will get at least another bottom as clear as the one we set it July. The July bottom came on high volume with the VIX well over 50. I don't think many of us believe it was the final bottom. The SOX while in rally mode now has continued to set new 52 week lows on each downswing. Unless we get more evidence of a business led recovery we probably have more downside ahead. If the SOX is not able to lead the NASDAQ higher as it is doing today then any rally is doomed to fail. All systems are go for now. Perhaps we rally into Friday's session. RtS
