Addi, go back in the prior posts on this thread, I don't know where yahoo composes their insider holdings, but you can verify using the filings on edgar that the 2 Henry's owned over 30mm shares each as of the March filing.

BTW - correction, according to this site each Henry owns 11.7% of the company, for a total of 23.4% as of March, not the 25% as I earlier stated (which was an estimate)... then you need to deduct the 50K sells here and there, but you are still looking at over 30mm shares each.

Having this much stock tied up by the founders is a bad thing imo so my conclusion is the same as yours... they have to get out of it someday.
