The facts I mentioned are undisputed - I notice you make no attempt to deny the obvious.

And if Federal Civil Service regulations - enacted to protect the public from the politicization of the bureaucracy after the scandals of the Jackson Administration - are a "security" problem... then the President should make his case.

He has yet to give ONE SINGLE EXAMPLE of how Civil Service regulations could endanger national security.

It he's got a case, make it.

Meanwhile, I'd say he's the one who's endangered security by opposing the reorg for over a year... and by opposing an independant examination of the U.S.'s intelligence failures until last week.
