TSE (GLR) and NASDAQ (GLDR) prices track very closely if you factor in the exchange rate. The market on the TSE is more liquid and not plagued by greedy MM taking their cut (often excessive - spread is now 0.25 USD on NASDAQ but is only 0.20 CAD which equals 14 cents US) . As a result most of Gold Reserve is traded on the TSE. Right now I show about 20k traded this morning on the TSE and 3k on NASDAQ. The same shares can be traded on either exchange.
