That will be true only if the HP server business is dependent on the printer business. Otherwise it can be spun-off and allowed to take care of itself. Like Agilent? Perhaps. I think the server business is dependent on the printer business indirectly, in that the printer business is the largest factor in keeping the overall company solvent. If that starts to go there's going to be a lot of internal turmoil and political resource wrangling before a spinoff is organized, if ever. --QS
