Still looks like we have an A-B-C down from the Aug 22 high with the C wave in progress. C waves are 5 wave impulses or ending diagonals. Originally, it looked like it may have been an ending diagonal but it looks like it will be a true impulse. Wave 4 of C is in progress with a little more upside to go Thursday, but an intraday turn is likely to begin the 5th wave down.

The 3 of C extended though, so the 5th wave should not be as strong and may only come down to retest the low. However, be aware that it can make a new low or a higher low as well if it becomes a failure.If we break above the channels for the C wave, we are headed higher immediately. If we turn down, then we complete the C wave in the next day or two and then turn higher.

Either way, downside is still limited from this point.
