A strange rally today - I see lots of stocks under $20 posting <$1 gains with 5% increases; maybe that's the market we are in, scalping for .30-.40 when the mood shifts. Doesn't mean diddly in terms of longer term fundamental directions. The stocks that went up today would have cost you 5% or more losses Monday and Tuesday. Sound and fury signifying nothing.
