Difference is now they have a bit more cash and xopenex (among others). When xopenex goes inhaler sales should accelerate. Also dont forget about Girior and cephid. Cepheid has real potential accross many fronts. Am still holding about 1/3rd of original x position. Will be content no matter what the outcome. Good Luck.
