I know you didn?t read those links No, no. Don't assume that. I always check the links before I comment. Otherwise, you can make a fool of yourself. Your work in finding and posting them did not go unappreciated. Korea's reason for deciding to loosen up won't be known for sure for a lot of years, if it is ever known. When you are running the show, you get credit for the good things and take the lumps for the bad things. That's Politics!
