Aha! Thanks for finding that. While not flattering, it took the air out of Noocleas' research, which appears to have been trying to get some headlines for itself at Siebels' expense. And, it looks like they (the "researchers") still are not coming clean, intermingling Siebel gross customer numbers with the very limited responses from their voluntary responders. Gosh, why bother us with the facts, when there's a good headline to be had?<g> <edit> If only 22 of 66 customers (1/3) participated, how could the article even approach accuracy when it says some 57 percent of customers have problems? Not even that percentage responded! Hey, "journalist" (and I use that term extremely loosely)... Helloooo!
