Ted,

I don't know if there is a link between Iraq and Al Qaeda, and as far as what the US and British intelligence knows, we know that they knew far too little, since the 9/11 preparation / activities slipped through their intelligence gathering operations.

Just because the intelligence community of the US or UK doesn't know about a link it does not mean there is no link.

As far as what Bush / Rice are saying, I think they should be more careful.
