What's Bush's line: ... "The Buck Ends Up in My Back Pocket."

Well put.

Time to return to the main topic: How despicable can George W. Bush get. It's not enough that he has to lie on a nearly daily basis to the American people and the world at large. It's not enough that there is no country in the world that hasn't lowered it's view of the United States, specifically this Administration; it's not enough that the Adminstration has no respect for the US Constitution, let alone the UN Charter. No George W. Bush has to sink to even lower levels.

Accusing Democrats that served in WWII and the Vietnam War as being "not interested in the security of the American people."

washingtonpost.com

This comes from a President who in "serving" his country, by a Daddy Bush arranged stint in the national guard, was as elusive as OBL when it came to finding Dubya actually in the National Guard.

What a scum sucking low-life to call Democratic US veterans..."not interested in the security of the American people.". If that isn't blatant partisan politicizing, I don't know what is.

And to boot, you have the Administration and other Republicans defending it....spinning it.

Another senior White House official attributed Daschle's comments to the "pressure he's under from liberals," who oppose the resolution.

Senate Minority Leader Trent Lott (R-Miss.) topped off a day of unusual vitriol by accusing Daschle of playing into Hussein's hands. "Who's the enemy here: the president of the United States or Saddam Hussein?" Lott said on the floor.

Gutless fascists with no integrity pervade the GOP.

And to Senator Lott, Both are enemies of the United States and you can include yourself as a third.
