SEC Form SC13D Filing on July 18,1997. A "non-insider" purchased 10,000 shares at $1.46/share. That person must not have known that shares can be purchased on the open market for $1 1/8. Why would someone pay more is beyond me unless it included warrants or other options to buy future shares.
