"--lets hope the loss is not more than .02." IF (big if) I am correct, and there is a 2 mil one time charge, then I would be delighted with a .02 loss, if it included the charge. As I have said before I do not know if the estimates include all the costs of the settlement. I have never doubted that this is a real company and the previous posts regarding the visits to the company are reassuring.
