<we are in a sucker run here.....near end of month.....we are nearing the final washout phase per the 32 end game> a floor trader on Bloomberg TV yesterday made sense to me when he said the Funds are heavy in cashh, as much as 60% cash for some. So with end of quarter now in play they pour the money in so when people get their monthly report they will think what a good job they are doing. And then they will dump in October.Max
