The problem is that Brown has no credibility anymore. He and his CFO did a road show just five weeks before the sh*t hit the fan claiming that free cash flow would exceed estimates. And even now his announcement doesn't seem to take into account the fiasco with the forward contracts. If he resigns or (better yet) is forced out by the Board, the stock will go to 15 or higher overnight.
