Seriously, there was nothing new in the dossier, as far as I could read. Saddam's way off getting anything dangerous, still less making it into a usable form.

iraq seems to be unable to shoot down or damage
even one of the hundreds of aircraft that bomb
iraqi soil regularly let alone "pose an
unacceptable threat to the world".
