my guess is if you take a random survey like that of any of the big enterprise players - sebl,orcl,sap etc. now the results will probably be about the same. These are probably recent customers who launched in 2001 or so, which means they paid a bubble pricetag and dealt with green implementation teams. Theres really nothing in this sector that time can't fix... imo, but for the time being its this retrenchment and bombardment with negative news. And BTW sebl is not the worst- the b2b's - itwo and arba are the worst perception-wise. I would say the accounting systems are the best. L
