Jim, don't you think that eventually Uncle Al will give in to the pressure to cut and face inflation rather than asset deflation. I think if we move into Iraq before year end that will be his excuse.
By the way when I was in CT I did ask a friend who owns quite a bit of commercial space how things were going. He told me he still has good occupancy levels but the last 3 months he has been forced to make some sweetheart deals in order to keep tenants and get new tenants into other spaces.
